1. Purpose of personal information collection & use : to file inquiries for partnership and respond to partnership inquiries
2. Scope of personal information collection : Name / contact information (mobile phone number) / e-mail address
3. Terms of personal information storage & use : Personal information for which the purpose of collection and use is fulfilled will be deleted without any delay.
However, for historical partnership inquiry management, personal information, once registered, will be kept in accordance with the following criteria:
  ☞ For partnership inquiry, counseling, and answering, etc.: six months (subject to other applicable internal corporate rules or personal information handling policy)
4. Deleting personal information : when the purpose of personal information collection and use is fulfilled, six months has elapsed after personal information was placed in our custody, or consent to collect and use of personal information is withdrawn, personal information will be deleted without delay in a manner that renders its reproduction impossible such as shredding, incineration, etc.
  ☞ It is advised that customer’s personal information be stored safely and protected as per our technical/management safeguards.
5. You have the right not to consent to the above terms, but your eligibility for partnership inquiry registration may be restricted if you choose not to consent.
