Important Notice
- ① Alone in KidZania's reservations and purchases are available only for children aged 8 and older.
- ② Online reservations can be made for up to 4 members of the membership ID. (On-site reservations are not possible.)
- ③ According to the number of people purchased by date, four people will be organized into one team, taking into account the age and gender of children per dedicated ZV.
- - If you wish to be in the same team with friends, please make the purchase under one member ID.
- - If purchases are made under different member IDs, you may be assigned to different teams.
- - If your reservation is for 3 people or fewer, please note that it may be difficult to assign your group as a single team for operational reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
- ④ You may lose valuable items during the experience, so please keep them.
- ⑤ Reservation changes and cancellations can be made through the website until the 4th of the entry date.
