Cancellations- Can be made by going to My KidZania> Confirm/Cancel Reservation.However, it is not possible to change the dates or number of people for the reservation,
in order to do this you must cancel and rebook.- On-site reservations can only be cancelled on site but not via our Homepage.

- If you want to change your reservation after booking your ticket, you must cancel your existing reservation first. To receive a full refund, cancel your reservation before your ticket’s admission date and time.
- 1. Real-time account transfer refunds
- Cancellations made on the day of reservation will be refunded on the same day. For cancellations made after the day of reservation or on-site, refunds will take approximately 5 to 7 days, excluding weekends.
- 2. Refunds without a bankbook
- The deposit will be made to the requested account within 7 business days. Please provide the correct account information when cancelling your reservation to ensure a timely refund.
- · All reservations can only be cancelled before the admission time on your ticket. Cancellation after the admission time is not possible.
- · If you purchase your tickets from an online channel other than the official KidZania Korea website or app, you must cancel directly through the original purchase channel before the expiration date.
- · Refunds are not possible after your ticket’s admission date and time, so if you want a refund, please make sure to cancel your reservation before the admission time on the reserved day.
- · Please contact the Customer Service Center if you have issues booking tickets through the KidZania Korea website.
